I've seen this time and again over the years and I wonder why the appeal of the worst possible way to boobs? The thing with "natural" is bs anyway, besides, even bioidentical hormones are extremely natural as in being bioidentical, who cares if they don't grow in the ground but are made by a factory process, its bioidentical, real deal, can't get any better than that.
I would suggest looking into bovine ovary (glandular therapy), conventional HRT, topical cream protocol etc. and forget about PM. Too many have gotten ill from it and its only a matter of time until someone dies. I've gone from advocating for this stuff to completely against, I too had nasty DVT symptoms while I was on it. Thankfully only for a short time. And during that time I was already figuring out how to switch on convnetional HRT which iswell understood and known to work. Simplified version using over the counter stuff can also be done.Glandulars can be used in combination with topical protocol, there are endless ways on how to implement this without fucking up your blood.
The reason why is because the search function on this forum is fairly ineffective so people ask questions, and when people ask for questions the answer is typically either use the search function or read Project X by Lotus. Yes, Project X is a very well documented thread, yet it is very dense and it not for the average person. The average person wants to know what to take, what dosage, when to take it, how long it'll take on average to see results, what signs to look out for, and what complications to look out for.
As an example of this, a few weeks back I tried to look up information on progesterone and I found a bunch of posts saying that x person should take progesterone to help with y issue, yet nothing about dosage, how much is safe, what to expect, etc. and I could not find a central FAQ post that described these things. The large post by Lotus (Not Project X, a different post that I forget the name of) that has the names and effects of each supplement does not contain safe dosages. That's something that I would love to see improved in the future.
