Hello! I posted on the old forum before coning here it seems

I started with a 34AA when I was 18 and moved to a small 36B. I just found out I did not fully mature on the Tanner scale and I match the Tanner stage 3 on both breasts and pubic hair!

I also found out I had a B12 severe deficiency that started around puberty, and that potentially shut down my natural hormones, estrogen, etc.

I started taking methyl b12 injections 4 weeks ago and I am now feeling the tingling and light itch in breasts/nipples everyday! A hopeful sign for me, of estrogen coming back to healthy levels (I also had all symptoms of low estrogen haha!!)

For the first time in years thanks to B12 I am now have increased sensitivity in nipples/sensuality and getting slowly back my sensations down there that were numb for litterally years.

I had an ambitious goal to hit 34D/E but ChatGPT reckons I Would at least gain a cup size in my situation over 3-6 months ©.

Anyway that is also the first time i ever get these nerve tingling in breasts, and it is same sensation as I had when I was a teen.
