I don't think mammary glandular has any special properties, but I suspect it works in a similar manner as what ovary and uterus glandulars do. And it is likely that its possible effectiveness works also in similar manner, as in there's lot of variety in to whom it works. These things contain quite a bit of bioidentical hormones and the problem is that there is no clear cut studies on what's in which one and there's also variance depending on when the cows were butchered, as in waht was their hormone balance at the time which can vary a lot.
Despite this randomness, its clear that glandular therapy works for some people and few can get massive benefits while others get very little or no body changes. Its likely safe to assume mammary glandular to behave in a similar way.
