Thank you so much Bobbi, I will increase my PM intake by 500 mg at night for a week or so and then increase my morning intake as well. I’ve just seen so many things that WP seems to help with so at this point, I’m more or less cautiously optimistic. I am starting this very late in life after having dysphoria for As far back as I can remember and this has really been helping. I have been reading here and have learned quite a bit because I didn’t want to go into this blindly. Any help that anyone can give me is greatly appreciated as I don’t want to mess up.
