Hello everybody,
I’ve been looking forward to reflecting and sharing an update. Seeing so many here making great strides on their journeys is always motivating—it’s beautiful to watch everyone bloom in their own ways.
A brief side note regarding my discovery of being intellectually gifted (HIP) back in 2023: this remains my greatest challenge, and it feels like every step forward brings even bigger hurdles. I’ll spare you the long stories—I’ve certainly shared plenty here already, haha. But here's one anecdote: my previous family doctor actually lost his temper with me a year ago, shouting, "I don't know what you're doing that upsets people, but you have to stop, OK!? I'm doing this for your well-being!" The irony wasn’t lost on me. Needless to say, I now have a wonderful new doctor who’s knowledgeable about neurodivergence.
On another note, my HRT regimen remains the same:
My HRT continues under the supervision of Dr. Gabrielle Landry from Montreal, who’s absolutely fantastic. Adding testosterone has significantly improved my cognitive function and helps stabilize my mood, greatly reducing episodes of depression.
I’m also enjoying more time to myself lately, so I decided to revisit my Noogleberry after a 4-year hiatus. Surprisingly, I was easily able to use the Y kit with full pressure—something I didn’t anticipate at all. After a 30-minute session, the redness faded quickly, alleviating my main concern about being able to wear low-cut or V-neck clothing. It appears this won’t be an issue, so I’m officially back to noogling.
Regarding photo updates, I’ve been reflecting on my approach. Up to now, I’ve mostly shared covered images since showing my face post-HRT. While I deeply value my privacy, I still want to share openly with this community. As a compromise, I think starting a new thread in the Member-Only Programs section would be ideal. I’ve just purchased a balconette bra from Wingslove that should offer the right balance for these updates. And I'll try to keep things fresh by mixing up my lingerie choices—just so nobody thinks I only have one bra, haha!
While I don’t regularly take precise measurements, I can confidently share that my breast size now fluctuates between an American 36C and 36D. For push-up bras specifically, 36D fits best, as I notice I still have room to gain projection—indicating plenty of growth potential ahead.
Finally, here are some recent photos from this year. No filters, no makeup—just the real, raw me. (Please note that my eyeliner is tattooed since January.)
Love you all!

On another note, my HRT regimen remains the same:
- Testosterone cream, 5 mg twice weekly
- Estradiol tabs, 2 mg sublingually, four times daily
- Progesterone, 200 mg intra, nightly
