Mexican wild yam - whats the deal with it?

I use Mexican Wild Yam cream's for the normal skin conditioning found any moisturizer. I apply it to my breasts and I find it to be great to keep my skin soft. I don't think that it aids in my feminization in any way. This said, it can't hurt. It does have a reputation for being high in photo-estrogens.
