Mexican wild yam - whats the deal with it?

#1

Hi
I see a fair few items on eBay for breast growth, feminine figure, aimed at trans etc.

And when I dig into the list of ingredients, I see a lot of them have mexican wild yam. (deja vu! - did I post about this before?)

I thought wild yam was used in the lab to build bioidentical progesterone cream.

Does this mean that progesterone cream is the thing that gives us a feminine figure like wider hips / smaller waist etc?

My own notes on this are a bit disorganized so I'm having trouble rationalizing if this is a good idea to buy. The products look good and I can see it's easy to get drawn into these - however not sure if it's garbage. I already have lots of PM, RR, Progesterone cream, and some peony root.

Like, you get a product for "feminisation", and it's only got Mexican Wild Yam as an active ingredient.
And you get another product, for "feminisation transformation" which is a liquid and only has soya isoflavones as active ingredient.
And another for "big bum and feminine hips" that has Dandelion root as active ingredient.
And another as a "feminine breast cream" that has Mexican Wild Yam again.
They are all aimed at the trans / mtf community judging by the packaging design.

Are they worth getting?
Is Dandelion root / wild yam worth adding to a PM regimen?
