You can't make anybody transsexual like that. They either are on the spectrum for it or they are not. But going into changing their bodies certainly feels easier by just "I'm just growing a bit of boobs and that's it". But in that case, they never were men to begin with and only needed a little push to get into transition.
Growing boobs or changing hormonal balance never makes anyone something they're not, thats something you're either born with or you're not.
