Is my BO+RR plan good? Nothing yet, too early?

#8

Thanks everyone for the feedback. I was never expecting overnight changes, but of course, with slow changes, one can't help but wonder if there really are any changes afoot. I'll keep going with the BO for another couple of months and reevaluate.

I have also been using a little Life-flo BiEstro Cream too. Just a pea-sized blob most days, rubbed in face, chest and butt. However, I'm about to run out and debate whether it was worth the £28.

One point that was raised to me and had crossed my mind is whether the addition of RR as an AA is the best plan or not. Given that BO can start the aromatisation process that converts T to E, thus reducing T with RR might be counter to this.

As for HRT, I have been researching this a lot. Here in the UK, access via the NHS will involve several years of waiting, and it appears that many private providers also have waits ranging from several months to over a year. The DIY route is very tempting, backed up with some blood tests to confirm levels. I'm currently hanging fire on this until I've worked through my gender more with my therapist and wife.
