BO & RR dosage looks like th recommended dose so should be good, but do remember, BO doesn't work for everyone.
As others have said when BO works, which it might well be doing for you, it is very slow! Whereas conventional HRT works quicker and is more effective, but again is still slow.
I agree with HH, HRT with BO/RR is a powerful combo, as that is what I am on and seeing some great results.
The other option is to add or try a topical regime, again this works well, so a combo of E, PG, etc.
Probably not much help but for me, I wish I had started on estrogen much sooner as this would have saved me a load of money and I'd have better developed lower-half curves by now, which is my ultimate goal.
