BO is very slow, it could take a year before any measurable changes. NBE is an ultra marathon not a sprint.
I was on it for 2 years and there was a slight increase in 2 cup sizes. It was really difficult to keep weight off, I switched to Estradiol last year and lost almost 60 lbs, which really changed my band and cup sizes, I dropped 5 inches in band and an F to a D cup, however breasts and figure are taking on a more feminine shape, which is what I am looking for.
So if you want faster changes switched to Estradiol, preferably medically supervised. In the USA it's easy with or without insurance but I hear other countries have more hoops to jump through and the end result can be a no.
