Workouts have been inconsistent, but I am getting into a routine now. Even though I always start with the intentions of building a strong masculine body I end up doing workouts to make my breasts look better.
I have been trying to perk up my chest with some good chest workouts that aren't too heavy. I do decline and flat bench press. Some cable and dumbbell flies. I lost a lot of strength. I am trying to get some of that back and focus on making everything around my breasts more toned. I work out my shoulders, arms, some abs. Some squats. I am working on eating better and controlling my weight.
I am starting to see results that I am pleased with. Controlling my weight has brought band size down to 38". The chest exercises has increased my bust size to 43". I think my breasts are looking better than ever. My breasts are filling up my tshirts with more of a breast-like shape than before. I feel the need to wear tank tops or something under my tshirts to flatten me out has gone to a new level.
I am excited to get a few more consistent weeks in at the gym to see the progress. I want to be in shape enough that my breasts can't be blamed on carrying some extra weight. I am pretty close I think.
