I can tell you that RC extract definitely does not in any way dimish the effect of HRT, nor other parts of the topical protocol which elevate local estrogens, these being DHEA converting to E1, E2 and E3 and estrogel containing E2. But this, when its used topically. There are others here on the oforum who have noted the same, Lotus, Stevenator and I think there was someone else too? Anyway, tocpical RC doesn't seem to have any kind of receptor conflicts what so ever.

For transdermal HRT you should just forget about patches and rather get estrogel instead. There's plenty of sources from which to get it. Search for HRTcafe and then go to reddit, on r/diyhrt and r/estrogel and ask around. I will not mention any source by name or link them publicly. Also there's very cheap and quite easy alternative of brewing your own estrogel, the latter reddit sub is all about it. Its dirt cheap, estradiol powder from China is very affordable and you could easily get a lifetime supply.
Its not a bad idea to ditch PM in favour of HRT monotherapy, conventional HRT with some NBE elements to boost its effects is the best thing you can do and its all within reach especially if you keep your program rather simple.
