Nothing is absolutely no risk when you talk about synhtetic pharma stuff. Bioidentical hormones are the most harmless thing when used right as they're the stuf four bodies naturally make. From T blockers Cyproterone acetate (Androcur) and Bicalumitide (Casodex) are at the top of the list with little to no side effects and they're cheap because only tiny dose is enough. Dutasteride is another interesting option, it blocks DHT but does it in a kind of peculiar fashion which makes it really effective.
Cypro at 6,25mg/day is likely enough, that's quarter of a 50mg pill every other day, or Bica at 25mg twice a week keeps your T levels at bay easily if your estrogens are high enough. I advocate for these two as they're the ones I've been on so I know how they work. Both can be taxing to your organs though, Cypro can harm kidneys and Bica hits the liver, but risks are minimal when doses are minimum required for T blocking so they're mostly harmless. Afaik, neither raises blood clotting factors.
