There's always a way to figure out DIY medication. Search for HRTcafe to find some links and go to Reddit, ask about sources on r/diyhrt and r/estrogel

There are people over there who are well in the know and willing to help if you just ask. Its a bit of a hassle to arrange HRT on your own, but its doable in almost every part of the world if you just put in the effort. Believe me its well worth it if you really need it, also injectables are very cheap.

Great thing about  HRT is that it will change far more than people usually know of, including genitals, lets say it goes from being annoying to bit more manageable at least. Its not a complete cure for bottom dysphoria, but helps a lot.

I've read a little more about it, and since I've had DVT before, I don't dare take the risk. Is there another option? Please help.I'm quite frustrated.
