Just a little addition about my experience on BO while on conventional HRT.
I started at around ten months in, by that time I was on EV injection, T blocker and boofed Prog, so very typical program on that regard. I started out at 400mg dose which isn't much but it yet it made a difference very quickly. I got into full Tanner stage four development within weeks of starting. Note that the first BO product I was on also included Uterine glandular and some other supplements.
Later I started to experiment on higher dose, 750mg, then 1000mg, quite soon 1500mg and then 1800mg. And right now I'm doing 3300mg per day which is a lot, its not really necessary to take that much, only difference I notice is the pace of the body changes. Higher dose speeds things up a bit, but not much. I've quoted 1500mg being menioned as optimal dose many times and I still stand by it. This is based on anecdotes from others and it keeps repeating for a good reason.
I would say as low as 500mg can give obvious results and work just fine, 1500mg is optimal. Higher than that isn't necessary as the only difference is higher cost and slightly faster breast development. I'm planning on dropping down to 1000mg per day or even less once I've reached all goals there is left to reach. Just to save money.
Note that on 500mg, one bottle of sixty capsules will last a month, that would make it very cheap addition to HRT, so well worth trying out. Its not exactly known what makes bovine ovary to work as it does to some and others don't benefit much or none at all, but its worth a try, if it works for you, its cheap and easy.
