Plus 1.5mg estogel
Evening with food
1 X 500mg Ainterol
1 X 500mg RR
1 X fin
1 X D3
Plus 1.5mg estogel at bed

And I have barely achieved an a cup, I had angry chest for a good while but that's gone away.

I'm thinking I need to take a break and start again, hopefully getting some of the restart growth I've heard about, how long shouldI take off.

Any othersuggestion?
