Just wanted to make a quick post since I haven't in a while. I started with fenugreek and RR and WP and had some results mostly nipple sensitivity but no breast growth. So I have moved to BO finally and am starting slow with just that and Glandular along with pumping. I only take one pill a day of each 250mg of BO with 200mg of Glandular and I'll see how I feel. Only side effect from BO is a slight headache occasionally but so far nothing else. I'm going to just stick with this regimen to be safe and see how it goes!
