I want to assure you there really is some hope for growth after surgery. I essentially had a mastectomy years ago and was very flat afterwards. I had developed very feminine breasts as a teen. A few years ago my chest started filling out again. I’ve found it doesn’t bother me like it did back then. In fact I’m surprised how much growth I’ve had and I can feel a rubbery gland in each. For me, it feels like back to normal and I found this site hoping to continue the growth and get them fuller.
There are many things on here recommended by others to try. I’ve tried some supplements but haven’t stuck to taking them like I should. Do your research on some of these though.
Also my nipples have been flat since surgery but I’ve started using some small suction cups on them which has made them more sensitive and they’re starting to pop back out.
