Hi Tomi66,
I'm a little ahead of you at 3-years in on HRT and it still amazes me how we all differ on it.
Whilst on E I've thankfully never had pelvic soreness, but looking in the mirror there is definitely some tilt that has happened, maybe you are experiencing a much bigger shift?
I think we are pretty similar sized, 180 pounds (80Kg for us Europhiles) and short legged but your boob fairy was very kind to you
I've never liked bras so I wear seamless bralettes instead which do fine for my 38Bs, but probably would give yours enough support.
Decent weight loss has alluded me whilst on NBE/HRT it has been a real struggle! How are you loosing weight, diet, exercise?
I'm done with breast growth so focusing on lower-half feminisation, and I can say that it's great feeling now my jeans, leggings etc are feeling more fitted these days, these small changes do make a difference.
As for breast tenderness, I'm sorry to report that mine they are still tender, so expect the same for some time to come
