Great information. I have been using progesterone cream directly on my chest for quite a while, but keeping the bi-est and estradiol creams on my lower body ( butt, hips, and inner thighs ).
It sounds like the risk of applying to the chest is low, so I think I am going to start rotating on the chest and see how my body responds.
