Until recently 800cc was the largest silicone implant size available in the U.S.  Mentor recently got FDA approval for their new XL implants which run from 930cc to 1445cc.  They should be available very soon, if not already.  Outside of the U.S. silicone implants larger than 800cc have been available for quite a while.
