Sorry for late reply but i have changed my program a bit. I too was concerned with DVT while using PM. My new routine is something like this:

1 pump of bi-est (splitting between breasts and scrotum and using biolabs version with 4000 mcg of estriol and 1000 mcg estradiol)
half pump of DHEA split between both breasts ( also biolabs 50 mg version)
750 mg of RR
1000 IU of vit D
800 mg of Calcium
lots of green tea 

I am currently doing this once a day but might start doing 2 pumps. I do have budding in my right breast which started slightly after starting bi-est (can feel "ball" under nipple and very sensitive) but not sure if i can attribute it to the PM or the bio-est lol been doing this for about 2 months. Breast feel a bit fuller as i notice them when running/ going up and down stairs etc but dont look too much differnt from my persepective. Still feel like i can take my shirt off and not get a bunch of questions. Will post update pic today at some point.

Thanks for the update!  It looks like youve had some progress!  I think we leaner athletic builds have more “subtle” results but i kind of prefer that i think!  Have you had any issues with the bi est ?  I feel like i may have overdone it with the bi est and felt moderately ill for a couple days but it could have a coincidence?  It also seemed to vary on where i applied it to?  Im also using red reishi and green tea.  Any updates appreciated!  Thank you!
