You have put a lot of thought into this and most importantly you know how you feel on and off both Herbal and glandular hrt.

If you are still apprehensive about scheduling an appointment with a doctor for hrt, not sure where you live, in America it's pretty easy, most places have doctors who specialize in hrt, I hear it's more complicated in Europe. You may want to look at BO as PM could cause DVT, however both work well over time for feminization.

BO is probably the safest over the counter NBH out there but it can take several years to show a marked change, however the mental changes can come in just a couple months if not sooner, sounds like you experienced that. Keep in mind BO doesn't work for everyone, but is sounds like it may work for you based on your experience with it.

I am in the US so it's relatively easy but there's just a lot of ways to do it and with everything going on with the government, I am a bit on edge. That is part of why I decided to start DIY. All of the physical changes are desirable of course, but this was meant to be a stepping stone towards actual HRT and I wanted to see what kind of effect it had on my mental health, which was in complete shambles until I did this last week. Maybe part of it is placebo but once I realized how soft my skin was on day 3 something in me clicked and I realized I kind of crossed the point of no return.
