Get a breast milk pump and pump yourself dry, catching the fluid in the bottle.
Taste your fluid. If its sweet & creamy, its colostrum, which means you are starting to lactate. Pump regularly and your proper milk will come in and increase in volume.
Hi Valerie, thanks for replying. I collected some and checked and they're actually more of a slightly-muddied up clear color than yellow, sorry for the confusion. They do not taste sweet too, almost the same as sweat with a slightly salty taste.
