Keep telling yourself that. A few corrections to your sarcastic statement first- the site you referenced isn't Breastnexus, it's Breastnexum and it's 506 pages not 700. I do put substantial effort into NBE research myself. I'm extremely well versed in endocrinology. As I build my resource, I spend hundreds of hours validating everything I read. And when I validated some of your claims, they came out to be wrong. For example Red Reishi, to be used as an anti-androgen requires triterpenoids, but you solely focus on polysaccharides. Polysaccharides are required for the immune boosting benefits.

Let's take 365 days times my 12 years of research which equates to 4380 days. Now let's take 4380 days by a small margin of lets say 3 hours per day devoted to research. Oh looky there… that totals 13,140 hours. And 3 hours per day is lowballing it.

Concerning triterpenoids, it's mentioned in my first page of my program and numerous other posts… the part that you failed to read, smh.

As I've pointed out before, a lot of manufacturers don't list Triterpenoids on their packaging, so the best practice is to use 
polysaccharides information supplied.

Is this the latest endorsed info from Lotus? Like, there's so much talk about HMB and keytones, and aloe vera, bovine ovary and a billion other things. But they aren't in this list dated 2022.
Is there no consolidated list of everything Lotus recommends? Like, peoples minds change, and something she was excited for in 2020 might not be the case today.

I really wish the original post (post #1) was edited to maintain the latest opinion of the user. As it is, that post was last edited in 2013…

I expect to have it done in like a month or so.

Hi ahrism, I'm not just fighting leukemia... there's other insidious diseases (one in particular) far worse than Leukemia. I plan on making a post to update folks of my absence the last few years.
