I'm doing extensive hormone panels twice per month, along with 176 other test lines.
OTC cream alone brought upĀ 160 pg/mL with 12g/day application after 2 weeks.
I had to lower Een to 3mg/week to keep E2 in blood below 350.
And if you carefully read the instructions of https://www.iherb.com/pr/life-flo-biestro-care-body-cream-fragrance-free-4-oz-112-g/23751 and calculate it - it's ~0.02% E2. https://www.estrogel.com/ is 0.06%. 3x difference only.
I don't know what you are fighting here. You can get to 300pg/ml, probably with 20-25g/day of it.
It's a slower absorbing medium thanĀ gels since it has tons of sheer butter, but it still works.
And saying that it's nowhere near is just irresponsible.
HRT is a term that originates from menopause syndrome treatment.
Since menopause E2 levels are pretty much male, it's a similar level of exogenous E2 used for trans-HRT and menopause HRT.
