I tried an epilator several months ago.  I followed the directions and got some interesting results after the pain went away.  However, for the last several (at least 4 months) months I still have small red spots in locations where the hair was pulled out of my skin.  Is this common?  I have tried different creams to try to make the red spots go away with no luck: antibiotic creams, Benadryl gel, various moisturizers and some Rx skin creams.  The spots are like small skin infections and are about 1-2 mm in size. Some of the spots are slightly raised about the skin.  Any suggestions about how to get rid of the spots?
