I'm male staying male and feminising my lower half, I'd recommend:
- If HRT is not your thing BO & Glandular are the next best
- diet to help shed any belly fat
- legs, bums & tums exercises, lots of lovely ladies on YouTube doing feminisation routines
- decent topical regime to your lower half.
Herbs alone may or my not do it do it but if they do I would think that it would take an awful long time and money.
