No, it's not high testosterone, it works converts free testosterone. So you don't need to increase T, BO will actually lower T production while it converts free testosterone to E. Like I said it's a simple explanation for a complicated process. You will need to read some of the posts by Lotus to get the scientific explanation, which is more than I can retain in my memory.
