Be cautious about the PM. I tried 500mg and within a couple weeks I ended up spending 4 nights in the hospital with blood clots in my liver. I've been on blood thinners ever since though I hope to get the okay to quit them next month. Bottom line - if you start PM and anything seems wrong go straight to your doctor to have it checked out right away. I was sent straight to the emergency room.
