Rate my Topical RegiemeHi everyone , Ive been following this thread with great interest and finally took the plunge to try it out . I only started on Sunday (2 days ago ) so am keen to make sure I get it right.
Here's what I have :

Life-Flo BiEstro-Care Body Cream 4 fl.oz - Natural Estrogen Support - (Progesterone derived and converted from wild yam and plant estrogens). I use a pea sized blob on each breast 2 times a day morning and night.

Life-Flo Progesta-Care Plus Body Cream 4 fl.oz - Hormone Balance Support - (Formulated with two kinds of estrogen - estriol and estradiol). I use a pea sized blob on each breast 2 times a day morning and night.

Red Clover Tincture - (Red Clover, ethanol and water extraction. Extraction Ratio: 1:3 Alcohol Volume: 45%). I use 0.5ml tincture rubbed on each nipple twice a day morning and night.

Swanson, DHEA, 50 mg , 120 Capsules - (micronised DHEA capsules 50mg DHEA per capsule).I use one capsule mixed in 5-10ml Aloe Vera Gel spread over 2 breasts twice a day morning and night.

in the background I also take 1mg of Finasteride each day in the morning.

I had a couple of questions :

1. Do you apply all these ingredients to the breasts together ? or do you apply them on separate days eg : day 1 spread estrogen, day 2 spread progesterone, day 3 spread DHEA ?


Any help and guidance would be appreciated
