For science heavy extremely long read go to Lotus's Project X thread. Then the Topical Cream Protocol thread is something to read through, that's the latest hottest newest program that's being discussed a lot. Then you could go see what I'm doing, my mainthread is called HT's HRT and I update everything on regular basis.

You're not in for easy quick answers, it takes a while to dig into everything you want to know as there are some alternatives on how to proceed depending on your goals.
