No, anything hormonal cannot change voice, it doesn't change vocal chords. Once they've widened, they will stay like that. What cahnges voice is vocal practice or surgery. If any hormone treatment or NBE would actually change voice, I oughta know. Unfortunately that's one of the things we have to practice or go under the knife with.
I know my voice has dramatically changed from practice alone. No one would mistkae me for a man or something these days. But I still have the lower range there, its just out of practice. So practice is key. But if someone comes up with a magic herb to brighten resonance and elevate pitch, please let me know.
