About the spousal situation - she's definitely aware that I'm bigger, and has sort of sneakily squeezed them a few times when we cuddle or hug, to confirm her suspicions I guess. I also feel there's a subtle vibe change in how she sees me - I'm a bit less masculine for her now I guess. I was never particularily masculine before either but feeling and seeing the added weight on my chest definitely doesnt help
Other than that our relationship and connection seems strong, and I hope it continues that way. 
I still haven't confessed to her and can't really promise myself that I will at some point - I just feel it's a lot easier to justify growing boobs as some unknown medical cause, than to confess that I acually want them bigger.
