Btw, I share this tip as a present to all who benefit from it. I'm speaking of using Red Clover, Vit D3, Estrogel (or BioLabs E1/E2) in that order. It absorbs okay 5-10mins?. 

If you visit the first page of this thread I discuss vitamin D3 as it relates to breast health and growth. Listed is scientific evidence how Vit D3 stimulates IGF-1 and (other science posted elsewhere) supports E2… and protects against cancer. I prefer D3 with organic extra virgin olive oil. I use an 18 gauge needle (you use what works for you, be careful as there slippery little suckers) pierce the vit D3 capsule… one capsule spread per breast areola. 

Presently, I apply the mix to my areolas (nipples too), it's okay if mixture fans out past areola (factoring in for those with small areolas) around bedtime (my preferred time). The next morning I wake up to see a widened areola and a wider base of the whole area. Lol, I've never seen anything like it.
