if you are trying to grow breast with just taking fenugreek, I can tell you I have used it for over 2 years now, I did get some growth but not much, most people take it to help with getting more breast milk as to reduced testosterone going from male to female, I do not think it will help I did not see any real growth until I started on BO
I did try HRT treatment for a few years had to stop treatment as I got blood clots in my legs and was put on warfarin and have been on warfarin for over 8 years now if your doctor puts you on warfarin, it may be for the rest of your life.
I tell everyone to think about HRT as I have read that a lot of the people that dose HRT get blood clots, I have not had any blood clots from the BO my doctor has me do a scan on my legs every 2 years just had a scan about 3 weeks ago all clear no clots there is side effects from BO read my post at

should be 291 to 598 Normal Range
mine is 191 low

Luteinizing Hormone
Normal range: 1.2 - 8.6 Miu/mL
mine is 11.7 high

Estradiol
Normal range: 7.6 - 42.6 pg/mL
was 16.4 now 38.3
mine is 38.3 in range but higher
now
