im also using this same product, i was taking 2 capsule daily a total of 1350mg, but i guess it's a little bit low? Idk maybe i should too take around 2000-3000mg as others in this thread.
And tbh i dont want big breasts or anything, i just want reduced testosterone, A to B (maybe C) cup breasts, and overall feminization. I'm a trans woman even though i didn't came out because i don't really want to bother with anyone and where i live people are idiots so i rather to just wait a couple years until i can move and, and thank boobs i came acress this site on Reddit and hopefully until when i can move the f out of where i live and start on HRT, i can get some progress from NBE routines and such.

Its been 4 day since i started taking 1350mg fenugreek, I'm also thinking of adding Fennel maybe idk.
