Hi and thanks to those who shared concerns. Apparently the smoky mountain progesterone cream had the same ingredients as it does now... I'm surprised I missed the ingredients of concern. I can live with the SM PC if it has no Sodium hydroxymethylglycinate (SHMG) and Tocopheryl Acetate. I also would like to see caprylic/
Capric triglycerides in an organic form. If using RC try using a dab of DMSO... if experiencing allergic reactions i take an antihistamine.

I'm encouraged by the science I'm following on E2 (estradiol), seeing things we didn't know about E2... or it's potential.

E2 treatment increased the steady state levels of IGF-I mRNA 2- to 10 fold. In addition, E2 (10 nM) increased the level of collagen mRNA more than 2-fold.

Science indicates progesterone cream triggers GH and IGF-1 in breast tissue.

Topical Estradiol enhances the stimulatory effect of insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I) on mammary development and growth hormone-induced IGF-I messenger ribonucleic acid

E2 significantly enhanced the effects of IGF-I on mammary development. Plus, E2 treatment improves collagen synthesis by making new collagen.

I believe there's more IGF-I receptors in the T.E.B's (terminal end buds)... aka- breast buds than I knew about. Given that T.E.B.'s elongates breast tissue, i see E2/RC as a vehicle to get breast buds faster, and adding additional growth.
