Not much in the way of herbs and keeping it on downlow

At the moment all I have for herbs is fennel seeds and saw palmetto pills. Probably can't get anything else until after the holidays. I do have a static breast pump and some nipple sucker. It it worth just taking those 2 herbs with the pump and suckers? Do you think it'll do anything?
