I think I can still kinda hide them, it's mostly about specific posture and clothing, as other guys growing up with gynecomastia can probably understand. Keep a straight posture with shoulders back and they kinda flatten out, top it off with a loose hoodie or double shirt and done 
But yeah, it's becoming more difficult - no matter how I carry myself, they kinda aren't flattening out anymore and stick out.
It's both scary and exciting and I keep mentally switching between being scared about these permanent changes, and also very satisfied to feel them growing. Even if I stop myself from taking my pills for a few days, I still feel a compulsion to keep going. Gotta do it for science
