Lotus, thank you for commenting! I definitely have boobage, and have had for at least 10 years. My goal is to increase their overall fullness, and not necessarily their projection, so that I better fill the top portions of my bra cups. I wear 38C bras now, and the underwires fit my breasts perfectly, but the tops of the cups aren't completely full.

Based on your definitions, I believe my desire is for inner pole growth, right? So that would mean that I should alternate days using the two creams. If I'm 
satisfied with their projection, do I need to continue the estradiol cream, or is it also important?
