When your wife does that it provides a mountain of validation! It's a huge step! I am very happy for you!

I would suggest you play it carefully now. Use the tank tops only when nobody outside the couple is around. Normalize it slowly, but make it "your little secret". Validation is a slippery slope. Savour it rather than shooting it down! With time you'll be able to build on it.

she just came back into my office talking about it.  I told her thank you. And how hers works better than my tank tops. She said they are thicker fabric and a bit softer to wear under your clothes.  and again she said you should have enough to wear one every day.  I said thanks again. She said no problem, we gotta get our under clothing figured out.  

I like what you are saying about normalizing it and making my little secret. I am thinking I will treat them like bras.  Wear one everyday under my clothes.  Not walking around with just the tank top.  Not letting anyone see it except for her.  I think she is buying them knowing I need to hide my nipples and maybe my breasts. I am thinking wearing it discreetly everyday she will know I am wearing them often by finding them in the laundry.  See where we go from here.  

I have a bra I really like wearing (one that you recommended), it is so invisible and comfortable, but I have not let her see it yet. So I think I will switch to the tank tops for the time being and enjoy the wifes validation. I am just really excited she is thinking I need to wear something under my shirts even if it is just a tank top for now.
