Q1: it is possible for men to lactate, but reading online years ago there is a process that includes pumping, lowering estrogen, adding progesterone, and the addition of another drug. I think it sounds interesting, but nothing that I have ever pursued.
Q2: I have a similar situation. People at work tell me that my headlights are on all the time, I just reply that I am happy. One co-worker recommeneded an under shirt. I said thanks, but I already don't like wearing as many clothes that I already have to wear at work.
I do wear tight tank tops to help bouncing when in cardio / jump around type classes. Eventually, I may need to wear them daily. Right now I have a fair amount of chest muscle to breast tissue ratio to minimize bouncing. My best guess is that I am AA cup.
