How to grow boobs?  There are a few signaling pathways involved.  These pathways are a series of molecular events and interactions within a cell that translates external signals into specific cellular responses.  In boob growth there are 3-primary pathways.

The estrogen pathway is the most important.  I take 6mg of E2 because, obviously I don’t have ovaries.  The E2 binds to the estrogen receptors.  This begins the process that influences breast tissue etc..
 
The progesterone pathway is the next important. This leads to the development of lobules and alveoli in the breast as well as ductal growth.  This all helps ‘round out’ the breast.  I take 100mg of P4 for this.

The IGF-1 pathway is also important.  This pathway stimulates the proliferation of mammary epithelial cells by increasing the expression of genes involved in cell progression.  Furthermore, it influences the development of ductal and lobular structures in the breast.  It can work synergistically with estrogen to promote growth.  It works to amplify estrogen-driven effects of breast tissue.  Pretty important, right?  So how can we influence IGF-1?  A few ways that I’ve come across: Forskolin, Arginine, Vitamin D, Omega-3, panic ginseng, and Green Tea Extract.  I take the standard, bottle recommended doses.  1000mg arginine, 500 Forskolin, 2000mg fish oil, 5000iu Vitamin D3.

I’ve come to believe that Forskolin is really important.  Not only does it enhance thr IGF-1 pathway, it also activates adenylate cyclase which converts ATP to cAMP and thus impacts secondary singing.

There are also downstream signaling pathways like MAPK/ERK, PI3K/Akt, JAK/STAT that are also important and are largely impacted by those items I listed that impacted IGF-1.

But we also need to quash T.  So I take a combo of Bica and Duta.  Bica inhibits actions of androgens by blocking their receptors thus reducing DHT. Duta inhibits 5-alpha reductase which converts T into DHT.  So I try to run a zone defense that blitzes, respectively.  

So, Lotus, what am I wrong, missing, etc?  And what could I add or subtract to improve?  

Hi E, you're post is spot on.   seeing you've been on E2 tablets for sometime I'd recommend graduating to IM or SubQ (my choice) injections of EV (estradiol valerate) for better breast growth and feminization. Additionally, start the Topical cream program. There's other things to add that I'll be covering about the topical cream program asap. It's so good to hear from you.
