Just a quick update, as I found the link about using the cream topically on the nipples:

I am experiencing with it (and putting the rest on my crotch). I will keep you updated as to the evolution of my babies...
I am also taking some FG and SP daily. I haven't seen any significant progress so far as I started in May. But I am taking pictures regularly. Maybe I will be surprised one day when I compare them.
