Things I've noticed since starting:
Softer and smoother skin all over body
Libido is not as high as it used to be
morning wood is at half power at best
more effort to achieve orgasm but still able to as much as I want
Some orgasms have felt more intense and last slightly longer
nipples/chest area have became very sensitive, Enjoy nipple play now and can feel the difference between materials of shirts rubbing against them
overall hair growth on body seems to have slowed down (shaving half the amount i used to)
Calmer demeanor overall, always have been pretty mellow
slight weight gain overall (~5 pounds) especially in chest, stomach, glutes, and upper legs
larger nipples (have been experimenting with nipple suction) and puffier areolas, maybe slightly rounder
probably forgot some stuff but will add more if I remember
. Also as a side note I am a daily cannabis user, switched 80 percent of my coffee drinking to green tea, and rarely ever consume carbonated drinks anymore. I started on about half dose of everything and worked my way up over the course of about 4 weeks.
