I talked to a couple doctors about the fat transfer. My question was can I get fat transfer in my breasts, hips and butt done together. Also my Phycologist I asked about if I need legal paperwork to get this top and partial bottom surgery. The plastic surgeon said yes we can transfer 300 cc of my fat from my stomach to each of my breasts and my hips and butt. He estimated my Liposuction would have 2200 cc of fat removed. The amout implanted fat would use most of that. He said a breast implant would add 1 - 3 cup sizes to my breasts, fat transfer adds about 1 cup size.  The Psycologist said I could legally change my name and sex on my drivers license as a legal proof of my gender change. For example, I am non binary now and the California drivers license has male female and non-binary. They said if I don't plan to have bottom change I should identify nonbinary. Also, I have a history of hormonal tests and size D cup breasts that show I am developing female traits. So they could write a letter that I have balanced hormones (high estrogen progesterone low testosterone) and developed breasts over 7 years.  On top of that I explored this fat transfer in Mexico and the US. I was a medical tourist many times and I know of two cities that perform comparable surgeries.
