I think the location of inframammary fold has more to do with genetics than sex characteristics. I know several women who have it high, thus resulting to top full breasts which sag quite a bit. This is similar as with wide chest, can be said for almost everything. East-west breasts are quite common for women too, I know many who have that going on. I'm not a good example on this stuff because I'm not male. I have some sort of intersex condition going on and if activated Y chromosome magically makes me a man, then a whole lot of women out there are also magically men too.

Anyway, genetic dice roll. Most men and transsex women don't know this until they develop far enough. Looking at female relatives might give some idea on how it'll turn out. For example, I'm second bustiest in my family by now, and my shape is becoming spot on like several quite close relatives. My mom has the root width going on, so does my aunt, (The one who has gigantomastia.) and few cousins have similar shape also.

Moving the inframammary fold with surgery is a thing though, from what I've read, its one of the things that can be messed up quite badly, but a skilled surgeon can absolutely fix the placement with implants. Afaik that's done by shaping the "pocket" made for the implant and that can totally make or break BA surgery.

I forgot to mention about my first fat transfer that the emphasis was middle and bottom fullness and additional volume in general. So most went to middle and bottom. My surgeon said that its best to not over fill the bottom part or the result would look funny. I wouldn't mind more bottom fullness and I'll ask him to do a similar trick on that part next time. This helped a lot with rounding the lower part and that injection wasn't much. I think it was perhaps one fifth of the entire volume or so, but the effect was quite dramatic. Point being that fat transfer is very good at subtle detailing of shape which mostly enchances the existing shape, whereas implants can completely change it a lot in one go. Only reason why I could think of implants would be to give me a lot of projection at once, but since I'm in late Tanner 4 and there's at least couple of years more of development coming up, I think it would be too early to get implants. Also fat transfers being fully natural and there's no foreign objects involved makes it better suited for me. My body has extremely strong immune reaction to even tiny foreing objects. Anything from stitches to wood splinters can cause a big infection as my body rejects everything like crazy, this is why I'm a bit scared of implants, what if I did it and my body would totally reject them? That could result into massive infection and sepsis and I'm not ready to die for nice boobs. Thankfully options exist and natural growth wont be done in a long time. Big Grin
