I'm seriously considering implants for a couple of reasons. The first is due to a reason that many of us on the forum might not be aware of or even have considered, and that's the location of our inframammary fold (IF). The IF "... is the natural lower boundary of the breast; the place where the breast and the chest meet.". If the IF is higher on the chest, it can impact the amount of development of the lower portion of the breast. This isn't usually a problem for males working to develop their breasts, because it's not too common to develop beyond a B cup, where the location of the IF isn't an issue, but if you can, and want to develop larger breasts it could be an issue. This clearly is not an issue for all males developing breasts, as is so beautifully demonstrated by Lara and her spectacular bosom!
My IF is relatively high, which has limited the growth of the lower portion of my breast below the nipple. I've had excellent results growing my breasts, but it's somewhat disproportionate between my upper and lower breasts. (I'd seen a plastic surgeon a few months ago and he amazed at the amount of development I'd achieved in my upper breasts.) So with my IF located where it is, even as I continue to develop, I'll never achieve the truly full round shape that I want, without some help.
Relocating the IF when needed is commonly done during breast augmentation. So my only choice if I want to develop the fully rounded shape of my breasts that I want, will be to have my IF relocated downward. And since that is commonly done during augmentation, I might as well have the augmentation done at the same time.
CM, depending on the location of your IF, you might want to take this into consideration on the positive side of the scale in a decision on implants.
The other reason I'm considering the implants is that I will quickly achieve the quite large breasts that I desire.
Best regards,
ChuckM
